Leadership Hermosa Beach Alumni Project Application
Thank you for your interest in applying for the Leadership Hermosa Beach (LHB) Alumni Project. Please complete the online form for your projects to be considered. Projects submitted after each year’s deadline will be considered for next year’s selection. If you prefer to complete and submit a printed version, application forms can be obtained in the Hermosa Beach Community Center.
The Alumni Project is selected by the LHB Alumni Committee. The purpose of the LHB Alumni Committee is to continue the growth of Leadership Hermosa Beach through:
- Alumni Projects, and
- Community Involvement.
Before responding to the application questions, please check that your project meets the mandatory requirements below:
- Project must be in the spirit and framework of the Leadership Hermosa Beach organization, namely it must provide a tangible benefit or service to the community of Hermosa Beach (reference our website for more information regarding Leadership Hermosa Beach at www.leadershiphermosa.org).
- At least one reference from a Leadership Hermosa Beach Alumni. The Project application is open to the public. However, there must be at least project reference from a Leadership Hermosa Beach Alumni whom supports the Project application.
- Application must be completed in full, typed and submitted on the due date via the Leadership Hermosa Beach website or delivered in person to the Leadership Hermosa Beach mailbox at the Community Center.
- Project must remain neutral regarding political parties or positions, and may not involve campaigning for or against political or legislative issues which involve taxes, levies or issuance of bonds in the community.
