ALUMNI OVERVIEW
Upon graduating from the Leadership Hermosa Beach program, graduates are
automatically eligible to join the Leadership Alumni Association. The
mission of the Leadership Alumni Association is to further develop community
leaders and maintain relationships established through Leadership Hermosa
Beach.
GOALS OF LEADERSHIP ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
The goals of the Leadership Hermosa Beach Alumni Association are:
- Create opportunities for further leadership skills development
- Organize special forums and events where Alumni can speak with
community leaders and learn about the issues that are impacting our city
- Communicate opportunities for community involvement
- Encourage involvement in group networking activities in order to
maintain relationships established through the program.
