Welcome to the Leadership Hermosa Beach website.

Since its inception in 2003, Leadership Hermosa Beach has developed and educated a number of existing and potential leaders within the City of Hermosa Beach.  Our nine-month programs, beginning every September and meeting one evening per month, provide education about the governmental, economic, environmental and civic systems of Hermosa Beach and are presented by a variety of City leaders and officials.

Our goal is to educate local citizens about the framework of our City and introduce them to City governance and philanthropic leaders in a way that no other organization can.
